If your school accepts uploaded Physicals, you will be asked to upload the document in the Files section.
Click Choose File (#1) and locate the file from your computer's directory. Once you have uploaded all of your required documents, as denoted by red asterisks (*), click Submit & Finish (#2) to complete the upload process.
Please note that once a clearance has had its Status updated, you will no longer be able to delete existing files. If you need your file deleted, please contact your school's Athletic Department and they can assist you with your request.
