If you can't remember the email address you used to register your Athletic Clearance account, you have two options.
Option #1:
If you have at least a partially completed clearance, you can contact your School's Athletic Office and they can assist you in recovering your account username. The completed clearance does not have to be from this year! Your School Admin will be able to view past and current clearances to retrieve your account username for you.
Option #2:
If you have not completed any part of your clearance yet, we may not be able to retrieve your account username for you. It may be best to create a brand new account with a valid email address.
