Sometimes your school may require unique signature forms for some of their sports. If you use the Multiple Sport Function to copy your clearance data from one sport to another, unique forms for your additional sports will not automatically be signed. After you have been redirected back to your Athletic Clearance Home Page, you will notice that the Signature section reads Incomplete. Click on the pencil icon and complete any empty fields to complete your registration for your additional sports.
